Switching Between Editor Formats

I would like to know if it is possible to switch between editors for the content body of a blog post or a page. Ideally, I'd like to be able to switch between rich-text and HTML depending on my needs and the needs of other users. We'll typically be writing content in the rich-text editor, but there may be times where we'd like to insert HTML for special formatting.

If not, I'd like to make a feature request for it which I will once I get confirmation.
