I meant to pick up the unfinished Metal renderer implementation from TwhomeGH left earlier in pr #43, but the parsec sdk crashes in mty_metal_create, it fails to create MTLRenderPipelineState
we either have to patch the parsec sdk binary or build our own metal pipeline to bypass the sdk renderer, theres giant scope creep, but if anyone wants to pickup metal rendering, you can fork that branch
