Volume qualizer or audio compression as you like to call it

Why this issue to happened / feature is needed(give scenarios or use cases):
Some tracks/radios/genres are louder then the others, gain normalization according to some reference value attached for the volume set would be one of the coolest additions to imagine in a bot!

I don’t use the volume equalizer often, so I’m not sure whether the volume levels are balanced across the different effects. I may need to spend some time testing them one by one later.

It would also be better if there were more detailed explanations of the differences between the effects.

As the LavaDSPX filter package author claims you only need their plugin called normalization to be used as a separate filter. Thing is can we have an option to be persistent filter that is used all the time with the same settings specific to a server? I mean if a public instance would be capable to remember them.
