If I have the layer structure: ``` Base Above Hex Hex Base ``` ...dzi-builder returns the first merge as: ``` base-above-hex--0-row0tile0.png hex-0-row0tile0.png base-0-row0tile0.png ``` ...and seems to screw up subsequent tile merging.
