Bump major (X.0.0) dependency versions to latest, ensuring compatibility with changes.

This repo has not really been actively maintained since publishing (2023) - aside occasional dependency security updates.

Currently working amongst a few other projects and work-doings (needless interruptions aside); though may have some newer personal OS projects to go up at some point (probably from a personal Git instance, but will mirror here).
