/shout, /whisper, and /ooc do not work with nickname mods

These commands don't work at all with any nickname commands, most likely because these commands change the name color. Maybe a config option to not color the names/don't color them at all?

Thanks for the report, I can't do much testing with this mod.

That is (in theory, at least) an easy fix of moving from ICommandSender#getName() to #getDispalyName()
