Support for react@17

I'm trying to upgrade my app to the latest react version and I noticed that react-refetch works only with:

peer react@"^0.14.0 || ^15.0.0-0 || ^16.0.0-0"

Is there a way to use it with react 17?

This is completely untested, but here's theoretically what should be done:

Feel free to try it out on that branch. It really should be validated with what's changed in React 17 and 18, but it is possible it will just work. If anyone has some cycles to do that testing and PR, it would be welcome.
