I wanted to create a presence/absence table using a subset of features I'd created in another file. There would end up being added a column for each of the 13 various feature "sample" files that were added to the subset of reference features I had created. But since I couldn't run with multiple feature files, I had to run it 13 times and use columnStitch.pl to join the output.
