Hello guys, When user hits the max attempts in CatchAll controller, a [hard code time](https://github.com/hellostealth/stealth/blob/db6490aeb29104d1573f8cf26364591b6ce01ef4/lib/stealth/controller/catch_all.rb#L51) (15 minutes) is used for define time to he try again. Is it possible make this configurable? Maybe a Environment variable? =D
