I no longer receive notifications when i request a reset-code when i forgot my password, either on phone or my browser, the user should only receive it on its phone or browser only tho, there is a version of the codebase where the feat worked well(really old commit)
Same thing for notifications for new messages and new announcement, there should be a notifications for each messages the user receive, if it is from the global chat/global annoucements , all registered users in database should receive the notifications, if it is a defined announcement for only L1 (STDnews,TD,Examination) all L1 should receive the notification about it on their browser and phone(connected to internet or not), once connected the notification should appear, then other users should not be able to see notifications that should only be directed to specific user, example, if userA sends a message to userB, userB should receive a notification about it on its browser or phone,only userB can receive dedicated message to it,
