Database button is not present in the Navigation Control as per the documentation.

As per the documentation, I was looking for the Database button in the NOVA GUI. Initially I thought there was something wrong with my setup but then when I looked up the code, I saw that the Database button is commented out.
I am looking for a way to save the annotation to the Database and associate it with a scheme and a role.
