I am having two problems with the TOTP factor. If I try to set it up via the link under preferences for my user, I get this error: Exception - Call to undefined method tool_mfa\local\form\setup_factor_form::xss_whitelist_static_form_elements()
If I try to set it up through profile instead, I get a QR code, but neither Authy nor MS Authenticator recognizes it as valid. Here is a screen shot of a QR code as generated:
