UI: Task Events not updating without refresh

Issue

The allocation task last event and task recent events fields do not appear to be updating dynamically without a page refresh.

Reproduction steps

Deploy a new version of a job. View the allocation status page and the task status page.

Expected Result

The most recent events will dynamically populate as the status is changing in the background.

Actual Result

Both the last event(alloc task view) and Recent Events (task view) freeze at the current status until the page is refreshed.

Working off main, but when I refresh from the stopped task state, the page errors for me.
