Cannot View Rider/Driver Details After Initial View

Description

After viewing the details of a rider (or driver) once while booking a ride, there is no way to re-open or access that information again.

Expected Behavior

Users should be able to:

• Reopen the profile or request details of any participant
• View name, rating, gender, and other important trip-related data

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Trip Management Dashboard.
2. Click to view details of a rider/driver.
3. Close the dialog or modal.
4. Try to access the same details again.

Actual Result

There is no visible way to re-access the profile.

Medium – limits transparency and decision-making, especially for managing multiple requests.

You can use the same search feature that was used to request the ride to view the details repeatedly as needed.

The suggestion to “reopen the profile or request details of any participant” overlooks an important point: a profile system was never part of the intended design, as clearly mentioned in Issue #20. Allowing users to view requests details of any participant raises privacy concerns.

Furthermore, references to viewing “rating” or other similar elements are inaccurate — the rating feature is not mentioned anywhere in the documentation, nor was it implemented. Avoid referencing features that were never part of the project scope. The requested trip details can be viewed using the same search feature as mentioned above.

If there is an issue please fix it, don't make it a burden for the user to do tedious tasks like what you have mentioned.

You do realize that 2 or more of your issues will be cleared if you could just implement this "Profile" feature. This isn't a feature addition, this is a solution to help fix your issues.

It was also never mentioned that we would be creating a separate feature for this.

All the issues raised could technically be addressed by adding something new—but that's not the point. The task was to resolve the reported bugs, which we did in the actual bugs. It was not about implementing your suggestions.
