As user I want to have a detail page of a build to observe several properties

Purpose

When a build was started there should be a detail page regarding the running and later on finished build. If a build fails the logs of the docker build command are the best and only option to observe what went wrong.

This does not include log streaming

• Finish HiFi design
• GraphQL query to deliver status of build, commit, scm repository, logs
• Create detail page in UI
• What happens with really huge logs? Like 10 MB ...
