Add ExTerminal addon

Thanks for the excellent list.

I think ExTerminal should be added in the list. I tried Terminal and Terminal_Plus (aka Terminal+). Both have a separate field for inputting command, which is a bit unusual and doesn't let the user interact with the shell like a real terminal (e.g. keyboard shortcuts being out of the question). ExTerminal is brilliant because it works just like a terminal. Even keyboard shortcuts work.

Addon readme says:

• ExTerminal tries to mimic real interactive terminal behaviour.
  That means that you can use apps like nano/vim/htop/python inside it.

I thought I'd do a quick review/comparison:

Terminal addon failed with the read -p 'Input something: ' a && echo "$a" input test. Terminal_Plus did better. I just had to enter the input in the text field. But it failed to show nano to be usable. All it did is show some haphazard text and failed to even show input text. I wasn't even able to quit nano.

With ExTerminal I tried the input test above and I was able to successfully enter input within the same terminal area and see output like a normal terminal application. I was able to use nano the same way I do in a terminal application. It even handled multiple lines of commands (( echo test1<enter>echo test2 )<enter>) like a champ.

One complain I have is that I didn't see any "Paste" option. Paste option is vital for a terminal app because devs have to copy and paste commands all the time. If it was deemed too dangerous of a feature, it should be available as a setting or a dialog box showing what content it will paste and that it may be dangerous. Another is that selecting text is a bit finicky. It un-selects on mouseup. Although any one of these workarounds might work:

1. double-click and drag. selection will stay;
2. single-click and drag, do not release left button, press right button. selection will stay.

ExTerminal is the terminal addon I am excited for. It makes CudaText a strong text editor option for coders. With the minor issues fixed, I wouldn't mind seeing such an addon installed as a default.
