If I set code_navigation<>0 and if I have also installed CodeTree Bookmarks, the plugin takes the bookmarks entries as a real CodeTree entry, I think these need to be by-passed.

maybe fix for Breadcrumbs can be made for imageIndex of bookmark node. bookmark nodes have special imageIndex > 7 (usually 8).

OTOH, icons from CodeTreeBookmarks don't mess with the work, even when they show on the Breadcrumbs. it is only small noise.

we may leave it as is.
