When a focused task or work item is selected / set, and I refresh the page, it is gone. This should not happen and the focused item should be kept in the local storage, just like other UI states are kept in the local storage (e.g. the state of expanded sections is also kept in local storage), so I think it is fitting that the state of the focused task is kept in local storage.
