Hook the interpreter up to the UI again

We will soon have a working interpreter (yay!), so it's time to hook it back up to the UI again.

Of course, the ultimate goal is a visual step evaluator with fast-forward and rewind, but the interpreter should be the default evaluator for the "evaluate this top level definition" window, anyway.
