[Bug] Rendering of LaTeX Formulae Broken

Some LaTeX formulae in chat responses are not rendered correctly, e.g.

LaTeX formulae should render correctly.

• I reproduced the bug couple of times to ensure the source of that

The problem seems to be that a line starts with an equal sign. The regex to fix it is:
Search: ([^\n])\n\s*([=+-])\s*\n
Replace: \1 \2

[rickintoplace]

This should be fixed with #147, see my test in the screenshot.
