Remove world cup subnav from /football/australia after world cup

This PR: https://github.com/guardian/dotcom-rendering/pull/16166 added the world cup subnav to the /football/australia front, however as that page will continue to be used after the world cup it's important the subnav is replaced with the regular nav (i.e. undoing the line added in the PR).
