solarNoon "Bug" for polar regions #21

Right now (2023-09-11) the sun does not rise at the south pole (example used is Amundsen-Scott South Pole Station at coordinates -89° 59.9' S 139° 16.4' O), yet the Suncalc Script still calculates a solarNoon for that location. Sure, the time calculated just defines when the sun is at it's highest point, and that's probably correct, but realistically if the sun is never even visible the solarNoon value shouldn't be available
