Define architecture for a modern, fast Hype website and docs portal hosted on DigitalOcean.

Deliverables

• SSG/framework decision (Astro/Starlight, Docusaurus, or Hugo-based custom)
• Information architecture (Home, Docs, Tutorials, Templates, Blog, Showcase)
• Design system direction (modern developer aesthetic, dark mode, code-first visuals)
• Deployment topology for DO (App Platform vs Droplet + Caddy/Nginx)
• CI/CD flow from GitHub

Acceptance criteria

• ADR in marketing/site-architecture.md
• Wireframe-level sitemap ready
• Hosting/deploy plan approved
