Goal

Choose and register a brand-safe domain set for Hype marketing site/docs.

Candidate domains (initial, likely available by DNS check)

• hypecli.dev

• hypemarkdown.dev

Tasks

• Verify availability in registrar (Cloudflare/Namecheap/etc.)
• Check trademark/brand collision risk
• Pick primary + defensive domains
• Set DNS plan (apex + www + docs subdomain strategy)

Acceptance criteria

• Primary domain selected and registered
• At least 2 defensive variants registered
• Decision captured in marketing/domain-decision.md
