Windows | Cant enable use_transformation_matrix

I see no option for it in the gui.
when I turn it on in cursor.json it still doesnt work

This worked for me
one more thing that I did was unzip base_library.zip into the main folder (you can find base_library.zip in the same folder as run_app.py)

Tried that. Worked for a few minutes and died once I restarted
