Work with bam files without q-scores

Currently it seems quality scores in the bam files are required. There are use cases where the mapping is performed with fasta files and there are no quality scores recorded in the bam. Would be great to have that too.

Thank you for your suggestion.

A quick workaround would involve adding Q-scores manually to a bam file with a fixed value (e.g. 30); I will have a look though and see if this is something we can add.
