NameError: uninitialized constant Capistrano::Configuration::Namespaces

Using the latest capistrano with capistrano-notifier and I get the following error when trying to deploy:

cap aborted!
NameError: uninitialized constant Capistrano::Configuration::Namespaces

Capistrano::Notifier::Base has a link to capistrano/capistrano#168 (comment) above the line that has a reference to Capistrano::Configuration::Namespaces. It looks like this bug in Capistrano has been resolved, so maybe this band-aid can be removed now?

While poking around, I also discovered a fork with a commit that improves Capistrano 3 support that might be a useful reference: zachlipton@3f8732c
