[Bug] Can't Find Researchers by Name

What happened?

I tried searching for Noah by clicking on the little profile icon, clicking the Find Researchers button, then typing in 'Noah' 'noah' 'noaheb98' and none of them came up with anything. I could only find her by typing University of Wisconsin.

What did you expect to happen?

I expected to be able to find Noah's profile by typing Noah

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Find Researchers
2. Type in 'Noah' 'noah' or 'noaheb98'
3. see if anything comes up
