report time spent during tests

To get an idea of gngr performance, it would be good to print the amount of wall-time spent on the tests.

Notes:

• This should exclude the time during pauses.
• It should exclude the time in getting screenshot and comparing them. Essentially, only driver.load()should be accounted for.
