The link in the CONTRIBUTING.md goes to a broken url with a 404 error.

[install golangci-lint](https://golangci-lint.run/usage/install/#local-installation)

should become

[install golangci-lint](https://golangci-lint.run/welcome/install/)

so the new URL will be https://golangci-lint.run/welcome/install/
