Image & Asset files in Regions are not downloaded and converted to localFiles

This is probably due to the fact that Cockpit does not return a schema for the regions - only the field values. While there are "hacky" workarounds (e.g. check if the field is an object and if it has a path property) the best - and most stable - solution would probably be to get Cockpit to return the region schema similar to the Collections.
