CI_GROUP_ID is not a Gitlab envir

There is no such thing as CI_GROUP_ID in the list of predefined environment variables. It is possible to get the group name with CI_PROJECT_NAMESPACE, but I don't think it is currently possible to get the group id.

looking at the code the use of this variable looks dead, plus I had a look and I don't think you can publish to a group space anyhow, my normal workflow for working with gitlab is publish to project and then specify the resolver for dependencies at group level. I'll confirm this behaviour at some point, the CI_GROUP_ID could always be manually specified by user in .gitlab-ci.yml

JFYI, since GitLab version 15.7 there is CI_PROJECT_NAMESPACE_ID. Maybe that helps?
