There's a new JS registry being developed - https://jsr.io/waitlist

We should make sure craft supports this so we can use craft to publish to jsr.

Status:

• The jsr publish cli doesn't like the way we structured our typedefinitions relative to the JS files we have.
• JSR doesn't like conditional exports.

We are waiting on a response from the JSR team on these points.
