Problem
Story blocks can only be moved one at a time. A section is usually made of several blocks (title, subtitle, text, chart), so reordering a section means dragging each block individually and re-stacking them in the right order at the destination. This is slow and error-prone, and gets worse the longer the story is.
Reported by a user building recurring stories: she wanted to move a title + subtitle + text + chart as a unit and had to move each one separately.
Expected behavior
Several blocks can be selected at once (e.g. ctrl/cmd-click or shift-click for a range) and moved together as a group in a single drag, preserving their relative order.
