refactor: profile registration

The profile to be used may be registered on-the-fly instead of using a hardcoded list of profiles to be registered.
Open question: What do to for instance function which don't need a profile, e.g., enumerate. -> Use default profile?

This would be helpful too if issue#1 "feat: make provider configurable" is implemented. The cli then can be build with any gta api provider and each provider may support different profiles.
