prefer to create the new repo for the requirement collection

Proposed solution

The current repo is only for the san code agents, so I was thinking if we should have create a new repo to collect the new requirement to extend the scope of san to build the echosystem like what we did in ocm project.

like if

• someone have interesting to create the desktop version of san
• IDE plugins supported for san.
• customized editor supported for san
• etc...

Good idea, I'm for it. We actually created genai-io/spec earlier with a similar goal, but it never really got moving.

Are you interested in driving this? If so, feel free to create the repo(s) — you should have the permissions. We can use it to collect ecosystem requirements.
