CreationTime attribute missing from descriptor after running it through component-cli

What happened:
Interacting with a Component-Descriptor whose component has the creationTime attr set (seems to happen via component-cli ca resources add and/or component-cli image-vector add) removes the creationTime.

What you expected to happen:
creationTime is preserved.
