Catalog: hierarchical structure of slugs

Without a hierarchical structure the slugs for the catalog will be too unwieldy.

A simple structure like the following seems good for now (where GEB = "Games and Economic Behavior" and IJGT = "International Journal of Game Theory":

GEB/authoryear/figX.efg
GEB/authoryear/figA.efg
IJGT/authoryear/figY.efg
Books/vonstengel2022/figZ.efg
Books/watson2013/figB.efg

@rahulsavani Fine with me, and you won't need any code refactoring to the catalog to do it this way, you can just do the restructure and re-run the update script. I do recommend taking a look and merging #889 first as that will allow you to more easily make and test changes to the catalog

I'm partial to lowercase, e.g. geb/, books/, but otherwise as discussed this seems promising, only way really to evaluate it is to try.
