Notes from the bug:
The font is the correct size (13+1/3 px)
Their resolution is 1024x760, on windows 7, using chrome
resizing the physical window works, as does zooming in, but zooming out makes it worse.
Unsetting the "left" and "position" properties of building_state_on and building_state_off serves as a workaround
