Wasn't able to install this plugin

Tried both

sfdx plugins install futurefirst/sfdx-plugin-picklist

and

sfdx plugins install futurefirst/sfdx-plugin-picklist

and after that execute

sfdx picklist but nothing works. Is it even production ready or available for use?
