not 100% sure about this one yet, but for documentattion sake;
for semi-automated rules: in the input modal add an input field to specify "force include" for that specific rule (was feedback from a user actually who noticed the generic force include resulted in all CCSS having extra CSS, even though he only needed it for one specific custom post type).
