Bug: Payment process does not start, returns error related to network permission

Reproduction steps

1. Open FUTO Voice Input
2. In the Settings menu, with the 'Unpaid FUTO Voice Input' message, tap on 'Pay Now'
3. On its following page, again tap 'Pay'
4. Error message pops up.

Actual result

The following error message immediately shows up: "Failed to get required payment data (did you grant the app network permission?)", with an URL beneath it: https://free.freeipapi.com/api/json

Here is a video I've uploaded to YouTube (because GitHub wasn't allowing me to upload it directly here - I take the 55,1 MB file size is the issue?) to demonstrate the process and error, as well as the lack of a toggleable network permission for the application (the only mention of a network-related permission is under the 'All permissions' subpage, in which none of the displayed ones is toggleable).

Expected result

A window with a payment flow should pop up, allowing the user to input credit card info.

I can confirm this issue on my device as well.

Device Information:

• Android Version: [Android 16]
• Device Model: [Pixel 9 Pro Fold]
• App Version: 1.3.6

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open FUTO Voice Input.
2. Go to Settings and tap "Pay Now".
3. The error message "Failed to get required payment data (did you grant the app network permission?)" appears immediately.
4. The URL shown in the error is https://free.freeipapi.com/api/json.

Additional Notes:

• Network permission is granted for the app.
• The issue is reproducible every time I attempt to access the payment screen.
