Rename this repo for clarity

Hi Team,

Can we please rename this repo to something like "Echobot hosted on Azure" or just adding it in the tags or something? I have been looking for a way to push my local bot to azure and just couldn't search out any useful information. The name of the repo makes it hard to find this in relation to that search criteria.
