OF8 Allwmake failed

The openfoam version I am using is OF8. I downloaded your code and compiled it, but the error is as follows. How can I solve this problem

Hi, did you checkout the OF8 branch of the repo? The "master" branch is not compatible with OpenFOAM 8.

I cant compile it. Actully，I don't know how to compile it successfully right now. As shown in the picture，The problem is some functions cant used like ‘Dict.get’ .I want to use your code to solve field of an axial fan where exists an interface between rotor and stator. Could you give me some advice？Thank for your reply

Please do following:

1. remove the directory with my code: rm -rf myFoam
2. get clean version of OF8 branch from github: git clone -b OF8 https://github.com/furstj/myFoam.git
3. try to compile core part: cd myFoam/myFoam, then ./Allwmake >log.compile 2>log.error
4. send me the log.error (in the case if there are some errors in it)
5. do the same with solvers: cd ../mySolvers, then ./Allwmake >log.compile 2>log.error
6. send me the log.error (in the case if there are some errors in it)

Hi, there are no errors in log.compile neither log.error? It seems that the code was compiled!

Codes & libraries should be in $FOAM_USER_APPBIN and $FOAM_USER_LIBBIN (see corresponding Make/files). Your screenshots seem to be correct. You should be able to run e.g. myLusgsFoam within appropriate tutoral directory...

Thank you professor，I know why my compile failed before. I downloaded default version of your code instead of OF8 version. Functions in these versions are same? If I can use your "interfacePlane" boundary type normally ? I am sorry for my stupid questions!!!

Some parts of the code / libraries were added later on, so they are not available in OF8 version. Current version (main branch) should be compatible with OF v2312 (ESI version). Can you use this version of openfoam?

If not, then let me know which part of the code you miss in the OF8 branch? May be that I will find some time during next week to downgrade it to OF8 version (but I can't promiss it).

Hi professor, I used your code successfully in OF8, I have solved field of my compressor. Although there are still some errors that exist now, I sincerely thank you for your code :) .
