Release binaries?

The GCS emulator is a super useful utility, but it is frustrating to have to install golang, which we do not otherwise use, in our devcontainer to use it. Would love to see x86-64 and arm64 binaries, perhaps using GitHub packages.

Good point. We've not yet tagged or dropped binaries on this project.

If anyone's interested in porting over relevant files from https://github.com/fullstorydev/grpcurl/ we could follow that model, but it would need some changes since this project has multiple binaries. We'd need separate tags like https://github.com/googleapis/google-cloud-go/tags does, e.g. storage/v1.0.0 and bigtable/v1.0.0.
