Error adding LinkIt to SuperTable

I get the following error when adding Linkit to a Super Table.

Unknown: Input variables exceeded 1000. To increase the limit change max_input_vars in php.ini.

I'm using the latest version of Linkit.

I have done this without issue before...

Apparently, it is my server environment not the plugin.
