Improvement to source line tracking

We already support this to some degree but it could be extended to be more fine grained and for TitlePage components.

Fine grained in this case primarily refers to linked individual dialogue elements to their actual lines, instead of just linking them to the character name (which start the whole dialogue element).
This also applies to dual dialogue elements where the right dialogue links to the start of the left one (as that is first in the code).
Arguably it would be nice if we linked each character in the html to the character in the source code, but that merits a larger discussion if it's something we actually want, and may fall out of scope of this issue.

Yes, it mostly makes sense for individual dialog elements.

I think it's way more work than it's worth to try and extend it to the sub-element level, whether that be on a line-by-line basis or a character-by-character basis.
