Scrolling improvement

Right now the automatic scrolling has some issues that could be nice to improve.

• Title page. Should be able to scroll even when editing the title page.
• More fine grained scrolling. Especially in sub elements of dialogue.

Both these first require changes to Rustwell before they can should be implemented here.
