Preview does not automatically load

The preview should automatically be displayed if there is content found in the editor when entering a screenplay document, this does however not work.

This is probably an issue of the preview initializing before the editor has had time to connect to backend, so the content is technically empty.

Once we have live preview the issue will naturally resolve itself. It could also be solved by using some local crdt storage which will probably need to be implemented for #49. Then there would be some initial content to resolve.

So our options are to either ignore this and let it solve itself in time or do a quick "hacky" solution like refreshing once we know that we have connected with the backend.
