Trim or skip intros, jingles, and leading ad reads

Summary

Theme songs and cold-open ads produce noisy, low-value transcript text at the start of many episodes.

Motivation / evidence

• Syntax intros often become nonsense (Web Sparacuda Bums…, garbled theme lyrics)
• ~28 / 1184 sampled episodes start with clear sponsorship copy in the first ~300 characters

Proposal

Optional trimming strategies (one or more):

• skip first N seconds (--trim-start 30)
• detect/drop leading jingle-like regions
• drop leading blocks matching ad/sponsor phrases

Out of scope

Removing mid-roll ads with high accuracy, music transcription improvements.

Acceptance criteria

• Opt-in trim reduces junk intros on known noisy shows without deleting episode substance by default
• Behavior is documented with clear caveats
• Docs / --help updated
